Quick update on my plats. Both were bought at 1/2".

I have a question. So a few months ago i bought 2 pjd and now one is 4 times bigger and the other one barely grew 1/2" and looks small like it has bad genes but is still fat so i know he eats. The? Is, is it just bad genes?
