You CAN probably feed most/all of those things to your arowana, whether you SHOULD is an entirely different story though...
If you freeze any of those they should be safe. As for the small trout I wouldnt feed them alive unless you have time to qt them

To those of you who say don't: I understand pellets are the safest food, but if you are feeding your fish any item purchased at the store it is no safer. It could even be less safe! Shrimp and Tilapia are farm raised in much worse conditions then his wild caught fish. I am not sure about salmon as a steady diet, though. The fat content is very high. I see no reason to freeze the meat prior to feeding. Any parasites will show in prep. Ever eat sushi? This is just my opinion, of course.
