Thanks Richard. I too was not big on hybrid until i saw this one and like you say i could not leave her!. I know i have a mix of rays that could potentially produce hybrids but that is so i can offer a mix of both pure blood and hybrid if i am lucky enough to have my rays breed. I would not have set out to buy hybrid rays on their own. My first love are BD's.
Here is a couple of updated pics. Been in the tank 3 days now and starting eating so i am happy she is going to settle. Just a little concerned about how long i should wait until i let her in with the other bigger rays.
First pic is lights off, second pic is with flash on my phone camera.

Personally if i was you Jim i wouldn't be in any rush to put her in with the larger ones. I would grow her to a disc size of 20cm (8"), at this size rays become far more robust and willing to compete with their larger tank mates plus bites etc are easier to shrug off and are less likely to cause permanent damage.
Its quite obvious you like your BD's, this is evident with the ones you have accumulated so far, the latest female on your other thread screams quality...beautiful ray! This hybrid is no different, there are lots of Leo hybrids on the market now but again you have chosen one of the better looking ones, better looking rays cost more money regardless of species but in my eyes at least, they are worth a few extra quid.
Great pics!
