Surprised it hasn't been asked but how long has it been since he ate ?

Some fish take a bit too acclimate, especially if there is a big change in environment, for example going from solo tank - community , from a dark tank to higher light, or even from a low traffic area to a higher traffic area. If he's biting at food he's probably just shy/not hungry enough maybe even getting little meals when our not looking.

It's about 2 weeks since he ate a tiny piece of tilapia :(. And my tank vs my friend's tank is the same :3. So, idk :(

I think for a moke that size 2 weeks isn't terrible. How do you feed? I didn't actually see my moke eat until 1.5 weeks after I got her. I feed in the late evening when the tank light and room light are off (small light in the corner so I can watch) because most of mine won't eat with the lights on.

I feed them once every two day. Un the evening too. My tank is in the garage so, there's not much light. Just a 10 gallon light so i can see them eating. And i put it far back from them middle of my tank. 75 acrylic build in wet/dry. Other bichirs and dats eat a lot. But not the moke :(. Ima try frozen krill today :3
