The only thing I can think of is set up a completely different tank for him instead of just a divider and watch all the params religiously and just keep doing what you're doing. My best guess is that all the activity in your tank is too overwhelming for him and he just needs time by himself to adjust

Moke still not eating :(. Fed him with 2 small pieces of mp. He just bite it, then spit out, then swim away :(. Maybe i should try live bloodworms?

Bichirs will not starve to death if it is reasonably healthy. Their stubbornness will not overcome their true hunger. The only times it will starve to death is if has some parasite disease or from severe stress.

My 6 inch bichirs sometimes have huger strikes for around 1 week or so. They eat when they are hungry.
