Classic case of pacu that somebody doesn't want! And petsmart sells these fish to 12 year olds.... Shaking my head... Good luck getting rid of them.

If Petsmart doesn't sell those fish to 12 years old, you wouldn't be able to get all those monster fish listed in your signature

Edit: to the op, sorry for your loss man :( **** happens. Next time, if you notice aggression early on, try separating them right away so something like this doesn't happen again.

dont punish them, your fault for not researching, not the fishes fault at all! damn.... 11.5 inches? they are still juvis, they can and will get up to be 20 to 30 inches, hope you have a pond, next time do your research, dont blame the lack of research on the fish...............
 
Ive said this before, not sure if it applies in this guys case... new / inexperienced people don't necessarily know the person in this chain store or that lfs don't know (or care) what they are talking about. As far as some people know talking to the shop staff IS researching. A lot of people only know this isn't the case with hindsight.

pacus should not even be sold in stores, and to obtain one, you should have to prove you have a tank bigger then 350 plus gallons or atleast a 12 foot pond or bigger..............................

Yeah. SUUURREE! Last time i checked i just got my liscense and last time i checked petsmart does not sell arowanas or 26 inch clown knives. And I know more then some of the hater know it all adults on this forum. I at least know to keep my mouth shut. But then again you didn't come from my neighborhood and fo not know me so i will just accept your stupidity. But if you really knew me you would bot have said that.
