Rosequeens are hybrid from CAs. even with parrot in there, RQ has a normal mouth so not "safe" like a parrot at all. same with thai silks, they're usually alone like FHs. I'm no pro, it's just what I've noticed.

So what is your opinion, remove the Rose Queen? If so is there a New world cichlid with some size that you think would be safe to add? Thank you for your time.
 
anytime a specialty hybrid fish starts in Asia, it's all top secret what the mix really is!
I'll leave the mixing suggestions up to experienced CA guys. you know amph compatibility is so hit or miss and changes with age, tank size, decor etc.

Thanks. If they've been together for 3 weeks now I wouldn't expect it work out with more time. Some fish don't tolerate tank mates. I would rehome one of them before on ends up dead.
