Ok this whole situation is effed up.
And no, they shouldn't and won't throw somebody in jail over killing a snake.
What they did was wrong, but lets be honest, in society, a snake is not equal to a person. They were both being a dumbass, and Karma will catch up to them.

Sadly yes at one point it was a fad. I hope those people experience the same pain

One time me and my buddys saw the aftermath of that out in hicktown by a lake we would fish at, disgusting. We later came upon them blowing up a frog further down the trail. We had our paintball guns. Muahahahaha

Man! Ive seen some horrible things done to humans but what was done to this snake is beyond human nature!! Sometimes I wonder what trauma causes this kind of behavior, definately need to get help for kids that experiment with causing pain.
Cruelty animals is a bridge to worse behavior....
I saw a guy in the kick his dog in the face, karma acted quickly because 4 random dudes ran over to him and beat the stuffing out of him and took his dog...
I wish more people were like that and that those people were around to see this...I wonder what the outcome would have been....apart from hilarious

i think people who inflict pain on other helpless creatures or other humans are a different breed of humans..in my mind evil.
