Necrocanis says that their backbone is the same length as the normal RTC's but folded. How that comes about, IDK. I was under a weak impression that the keeping conditions cause that.

Jay try to resist feeding this guy to oblivion. I've been on some of the Asian websites and the general consensus with SB is that over feeding=death. Their guts are all smushed together so if one expands, there's no room for the others.

I think youre fooling yourself if you don't think people would be curious about the price of a fish we don't see often. Its only natural to wonder. However i respect that he doesn't want to share it (yet). Jays a big boy though so I'm not sure why people feel the need to rally to his defense.

This thing eat yet? What are you keeping it with?

Haha< the support is appreciated but yea I can handle myself.

Has not eaten yet, but last night he bit a piece of silverside and spit it out so he almost there. he is in a 40 breeder by himself at the moment.

I don't want to tell people what's pay for things, because honestly, it's none of anyones business but mine. Also, down the road, what if he decides to sell it? He may have got a very good deal in it and sees an opportunity to make a few $'s down the road. Why would he tell everyone and their brother on a public forum what he paid? Just my 2 cents. Can see the problem telling the price

I see loads of threads people asking if this or that fish is a good deal in lfs

It will give people a good idea of what to pay for such a fish

If he just come across this fish in a buch of RTC and paid normal money that's great

I wouldn't think twice about saying what I paid for something
I like it I pay it no problem

Can't wait to see it! Almost picked up a little rtc of my own today, but decided against it. The Goonch cats take priority housing wise! I love the coloration on your cat though! A real stunner.
