Rare bichir

That and their PBB i've also heard that theres some monster Buettikoferi in Lake Turkana

Never heard of the Buettikoferis in turkana. I'm interested in some pics. From what I've heard, the turkana sens are much more harder to find than the PBB since they are smaller so they like to lurk in the water grass to hide from predators.

LOL if the sen in that thread really is from lake turkana and the turkana sens are small compared to the PBB of lake turkana I think we have some record breaking monster PBB in lake turkana.
 
I am 90% my LFS had some polypterus from lake turkana , he said they grow big and are from a specific lake in Africa , I was to young to relize the gold infront of me

beauties from lake turkana. My top 3 must have fish before I die. :headbang2

I believe the middle pic of the bichir is a super high grade CB that was bred from lake turkana PBBs. Very expensive. I believe it was TGM's bichir.

r2o aquarium its right near the intersection of dundas and Dixie (GTA) the Mississauga big als always just orders the exact same fish species over and over again.
