Going from left to right tower in the bigger space then I would fill the first small baffle with aquaclear 110 sponges. The next two baffles put scrubbies then lava rocks in the big baffle then your pump and heaters.

Amazon has them for $5 so maybe $20 you should only need two sponges depending on the width of the tank
