does tile in smaller tanks look as good?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I took all the sand out but put some back in because of the uneven gaps the tile left I don't want to paint the back. I doubt I'd like that plus The glass also helps me trace the wires when I need to unplug something in particular. Thanks though i really do like this look.

Looks good but I also would paint the back and remove that red flower/plant. Nice driftwood.

looks good, let the easy maintenance commence!-) i use a piece of black perspex instead of painting the back of mine! works pretty well..

Get one of those dymo label makers and label all your wires/plugs. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

You will be thankful after you see your tank painted if you were to paint it. Just label your wires it will also make your fish look a lot nicer. And Apple Barrel acrylic paint comes right off if you don't like it and it's really cheap like $3 to paint my 45gallon and 20gallon and 90.

Ya I gotta agree, the first thing I do on every tank I own is to paint the back and bottom. It looks so much better man.
