The two guys I'm talking about are a tag teem and one has a fro and the other is completely bald headed...what's this guy look like that you are talking about.I watch Smackdown even more seldom than RAW.

Otunga hasn't been on in quite a while. Not sure if he was sent back to developmental or trying more Hollywood stuff (He was in that recent Halle Berry movie, plus his wife being who she is).
