Living in a tiny House

I don't know if you can even build a room for $10k. When was the last time you went to Home Depot? The cost of timber has been tripled plus a timber fee of $0.06 for each 2x4. Solar panels won't give you power 24/7. And you would rather spend money to build a huge pond, a huge garden than a huge house? Quite a philosopher you are!

Solar panels charge battaries so u do have power 24/7 as long as u have sun to charge them or wind turbine

I know I could build a room for a lot less then 10gs. Not to mention that contractors don't pay what's listed at home depot for there supplies.

You can buy prefab homes here delivered for as low as 40gs

Right ^ i would rather have a simple ranch or even double wide trailer then a big house. If i had to knock out a couple walls for my dream 10 x 5 x 3 foot tank then so be it but itll be done by me and by buddies not some custom aquarium shop.. (growing up w/ contractors as family helps a lot for this stuff)

Id rather have a nice safe bank account then be making payments on nice things whose only value is determined by how much the populace likes it or not. Go your own way

Its good enough for your fish...

he's cool with everyone until you disagree with him. then you're just an idiotic fool

avoid making fun of garbage pail kids at all cost if you know what's good for you

lol, Garbage Pail Kids! I couldn't live in such a small house, my junk couldn't even fit in 100 or 200 sq ft!!!

If I didn't have a wife and kid, I'd probably already have a single wide trailer sitting on 80 acres with me, my dog and my fish. The things pictured are too small for me though.

Since I DO have a wife and a kid, I'm working toward building a ~2500 square foot rancher on 20 acres or so. The plan's going well, I should break ground in about five years AND manage to stay pretty much debt free. :)
