i was eating five guys and thought nope!
Hahaha that DOES sound awful huh?
for those that don't know "FIVE GUYS burgers and fries" is a fast food restaurant.
i meant "awful" as in "awkward" and "dirty".. not as in the food is gross..i love 5guys! I.have one right down the road.
This is what is wrong with America. One, only a moron would think that is a chicken head. Maybe Ive eaten way too many hot wings in my day but that is just a broken wing tip missing the other bone but with all of the meat still attached, Ive seen them just like that on occasion.
Second, and the saddest thing is all of the people screamin', "OMGZWTFBBQ eww sue their pants off!" Sue them? For what?! No wonder health care, and just about every other service and product is going through the roof...sad really.

What about the guy who started to drink that monster n found a mouse decaying in the bottom of it...would you sue then?
I personally would not be cool with that.
^ I brought that one up, personally it comes down to 2 things
A. If its a big big buisness like Tyson or monster, they are getting sued. IDC if I would eat it or not big corporations screw everything over
B. If its a mom and pop shop kinda a deal I always let it slide. No way am I suing a local business unless the owner straight up doesn't care about a turd in my food or something
JD, idc who you are, if you find an alien object in sealed food (especially something like monster, where it would be decaying in the carbonation) and you can afford the initial lawyering up, you'd do it. Anyone would. Unless, like I said it was an honest mistake from a local place

No I noticed you were pretty much the only one saying it wasnt a chicken head. And I know that the OP confessed, but before he did, several people thought it was!
And you can prove that the mouse was in the can before it was opened how?
