not me. I don't even want to watch/do the tank stuff if I'm in a bad mood. it's just irritating.
my therapy moments are dog hugs.
Peaceful community tanks definitely are very relaxing, yes. Aggressive tanks, not so much, at least for me. I have a minimum daily allowance now of at least 2-3 hours of zoning in front of the tank.
yep..... best medicine in the world.....No need to disclose my illness, as it's not life threatening, thankfully, but I suffer nonetheless. I view my fish keeping as a kind of therapy as when I am taking care of my fish, or talking about fish (like on this site) all my problems seem to melt away.
Anyone else view thier fish keeping this way.
But don't get me wrong it's fun too.![]()
