Those look great, all the fry in my tank disappeared 3-4 days ago. Fortunately I was able to net about a dozen the day before and put them in my 40 breeder by themselves. I've no idea if the parents ate them or if the other fish in the 180 somehow got to them.
Of the dozen or so fry I put in the 40 about half survived and are eating and growing. There may be more, its hard to get an accurate count on .5" fry in a 40 gallon tank. Hopefully they will get to where yours are now in time

Unfortunate that you lost fry in your main tank...but good catch that you put some prior in your breeder tank...to me that's a manageable number you have in there anyway...its 99 days for mine to get where they are....they are the typical size seen at the LFS...
