I've been trying now for the last year or so to raise Oscars. I am only trying to keep 2 at a time. I'll get them 1 1/2" to
2". They will only get to about 4" and die. I started with one tiger he lasted 3 months. Then I got two tigers one albino and one black. The black one died 4 months later. Then I replaced him. Two weeks after that the Albino died. So now it's been 4 months and I just lost my black one. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I can say this, from what I can see it's all from natural causes.

if you are in the PHX AREA there are lots of lfs you can get your water checked..also how big is the tank

How often do you do waterchanges and how long has This
tank been setup. Oscars are usually bulletproof, very hard to kill even in poor water

How big is the tank, how often and how big of water changes, what are you feeding?
