Well not quite all of Toyota, just corporate. They will be relocating all corporate toyota to Texas within the next year or two and should go public early next week.
 
Cost reduction. Put everyone in one building instead of spread out. Pay taxes on one piece of land rather than several. They moving in with the other companys just outside of Dallas. Pretty wise move I think. I forget the city but the school district must be pumped! Another set of cash flow for the local schools.
 
property tax in TEXAS is bound to be less than CALI..income tax is as well
 
One step closer to relocating to Mexico.
 
There is massive flight of big businesses from states like Michigan, New York and California to Texas and other states in the south. Hmm...I can only imagine why...must be the weather...yeah the weather...
 
Must be the weather. Cause big buisnesses are leaving ontario as well.
