It's imo , OVER..Sterling that is, And kinda a conspiracy theory, ( the" he ain't going away quietly ",argument)... he's GONE.. JUST POINTING OUT that all his bluster&lawsuits won't change it .....imo it's a frivolous pursuit ,but hey enjoy! ... even if he wins a lawsuit ...which he really can't, the best he can do is recover money, the NBA still OWNS the rights to the franchise,,he CAN'T get it back..think about a MCDONALD'S FRANCHISE owner .. they have the right to make ANY burgers they want... they just can't call it MCDONALD'S.(if it doesn't conform). same principal applies here

If sterling did not have a history, this would trouble me more. The Firefox CEO case truly troubles me. He was removed for his donation to prop 8, but he neither advertised this or campaigned for this. The opponent of prop 8 went to court and obtained donor's list and went after him.

I don't know anything about legal facts what I do know is the guy maybe a slime ball but can we actually say what he did ? I mean what did he do ? I would think that the chic somehow broke the law. The media decides who is guilty and who isn't and we just go with it. How many guys have done much worse... didn't kobe call a ref a homo (some player did) ? Personal arguments/perception/position on issues involving right or wrong, should not always come down to being about class warfare & despising those who are more fortunate.

not familiar with the FIREFOX CASE specifics...BUT Sterling made his bed, over & over,ELGIN BAYLOR, had issues with the guy..bottom line ,this guy mismanaged the team into the joke franchise of the league,for 30 yrs. Now (DUE TO the popularity of the sport) he will sell the team for 50 times what he paid,and he is known as the WORST owner in sports, hardly a "punishment"... just ,imo ,good riddance.. and he is a world class "@$%%#$$"...NOT REALLY concerned with how he got outted... my point ,,,if your kids go to a school that employs a pedophile, do you care about his right to "privacy" or your kids well being?
similar the owner of chic filet was asked a loaded question and answered honestly about how he felt parents should be man and women. My god they tried to ruin his company....
he DIDN'T "DO" anything "wrong", he's just a big pile of garbage that needed "taking to the curb" , to insure that harmony exists between the league and it's employees(rightfully so), the players were going to strike in the middle of the playoffs... that would have semi-crippled the 2nd biggest sport in the country, so it was done(his ouster).. and legal issues,don't really pertain to the reasons why it was done....
it's kind of funny that no one thinks maybe Donald's comeuppance has anything to do with his flaunting adulterous affairs.

actually it is , according to federal law , unlawful to act in a "racist manner " as it pertains to MANY things...housing,(which he is accused of) ,schools, and generally lots of stuff.. like eating in a resteraunt,, sooo....your point is?
