tv series princess' spoilers below
fight scenes was pretty good. but for the bandwagon jumping sheep who love everything they give you despite the mistakes, don't you guys feel they jerked you with giants only to leave your nuts blue with the giant vs 5 crows fight? what the hell? the giant runs toward the crows, a huge fight scene is about to occur and they cut away. only to find all of them dead at the end. that really disappointed me. it would've easily been a huge climactic icing on the cake fight.
episode was good but not great. ppl who died dont really matter or had no build up this season to make you feel anything , dialogue wasnt great, some predictable stuff like the commander obviously being a badass when the time came down to it, the other dude being a coward, sam stepping his game up and laying the mack down, Jon showing leadership skills.
i just didnt really think it was all that great. it was decent. Last weeks episode was much better story wise but i guess thats cuz this episode took place in the same scene with mostly characters that havent been built up very well this season. at least thats the way i see it. GoT show isn't a show that does great battle scenes. they do great fight scenes with 1 on 1 or small group fight scenes but they don't shine when it comes to big battles with large groups or army vs army
killing ygrite now doesnt mean much to anybody, at least thats how i feel. her story has been bypassed for quite a long time so it didnt feel emotional and the death scene was predictable as well.
