the guy did the right thing as he was in no danger of harm obviously. the camera is what saved him. she called the cops on him and claimed he assaulted her. they let him go after he showed them the video and she got arrested.


it's hilarious that she called the cops on him claiming he was secretly video taping people for sexual purposes while he secretly video taped her and she got arrested in the end

the thing is, it's a public place. you are free to video tape or photograph.

unless he is blatantly landing his plane between women's legs while sun bathing to get a shot of their privates or flying it into women's bathrooms or obviously hovering over a hot chick for an extended period of time then he isn't doing anything illegal
