OKIKO PLATINUM HEAD HUNCHER

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
60% protein is a bit much. I like to feed my fhs omega one super color cichlid pellets, hikari bio gold+, some of them will eat nls, freeze dried krill and live crickets.

Head grown is mainly protein so dried shrimp, bloodworm, cricket and superworm will do. But there are soo many fish food out there for flowerhorn. This one is not bad, contain 61% protein. Also XO hupy head is good. Fish some time needs fish food too cuz of the vitamin thats in it.

Years ago I bought that crap and being a novice and within a week it shrunk my fh's kok color turned to crap and water quality was down. There's TONS of fake or counterfeit okiko products and I might have bought a counterfeit one.. But I found its purely genetics for kok growth. Regular high quality foods such as omega, nls, and even hikari that have 35%-40% is all a fh needs to reach its full potential. 60% will just pollute water quality

well am just testing it out
if its not worth it and does nothing good to my FH, then i wont buy it again
but i'd like to see if theres any results at all after one month of feeding

Hikari Bio-Gold+, chopped beef heart(on water change days), krill, and blood worms...a fishes diet varies in nature, so it probably should in a tank as well.
