shame on you folks, Please read about it, and know what it is before you take the stance to denia(sp) treatment to volunteers who try and help these folks in a 3rd world setting, Ebola will never be an issue here. I blame the news for your opinions on it and blame you for not taking the time to learn what it is.

It makes no sense to bring people infected with the ebola virus into this country. The risk is too great. What is the reward? Two Americans come home. The treatment here is no different than what they would receive in Africa. They just want to justify the expensive isolation ward in the hospital.
How do you know that ebola will not be an issue here? Ebola is a virus which is spread by contact with body fluids. I suppose the doctor who is infected wasn't careful?
are you saying there is a treatment,because I've never heard anyone say it's not a threat.Matter of fact they're comparing it to the plague.maybe you could provide us w/some better info then?
Aren't there more people today infected with the HIV virus than ever before? I guess that one is no longer a threat?
US hospitals can't control outbreaks of staff infections. Give them something like ebola to try to control.
Since CDC thinks it's a wonderful idea to bring a non- curable virus on American soil...let's hope so.
Again, the land(American soil) is not magical....it's not the cure. Which means any form of treatment is mobile.
