Id better watch it, I don't want to be here for the next quake, even the small ones we've had have put new cracks in the wall.

no way to know without a good termite inspection. they're probably still underneath.
and I think there's new treatments that are not poison, made from orange peel extract.

I'm sure they are still there, they're cool as long as they don't bug me ha ha :D

Actually, I believe so. I heard some pest don't like the citrus odor. I've been told before to use watermelon peels on anthills... and it has worked a few times.

Once I poured an old can of sprite on and anthill and boom! No more ants a week later.
