Sounds impressive but a heck of a whole lot more than what I need lol...I have heard some nice notes on different cars but there's nothing like the growl of a Mustang exhaust when fitted properly.I'll likely be looking for a nice 5.0 from around 2010 and I won't do any mods except for the exhaust,if need be.

Yea drag radials....on street tires its 11.2. So from the factory is an 11.2 car, not a 10 second car. If you have to alter the tires to drags to shave more time off other than what the factory has installed, its an 11.2 second car.
The new Z06 is a true, from the factory 10.95 second car in the 1/4, on drag radials it will be even faster.

The Z06 is an awesome car but I wonder if it is among the eight hundred Vettes that GM has recalled as well as ordered dealers not to sell?
I believe it was only a handful of the current Stingrays that were already purchased. I would say any on the lots were also fixed. I have seen a lot of tractors with the new Vette on back so they are shipping them out. I wouldn't think they would be sent to dealers without a fix but then again they may be and just having the part sent to them.

This news has to be a big blow to their sales momentum,I read somewhere that less than seven hundred Corvettes were sold this time last year and just a few months ago almost three thousand were sold!...Is the Stingray a different model than the Z06?
Yes it is, VERY different. Z06 comes out next year, Stingray is already out. Stingray 460HP, Z06 is 650HP
Oh,I see.I've always loved Vettes when I was a kid but after reaching adulthood they struck me as impractical as a daily driver.
Until you can afford to buy one and drive it, then you would change your mind. Nothing impractical about it
