Its a standard 125
I don't doubt in some states that may happen some day. The biggest problem with it is, who gets to decide what is an adequate sized aquarium? If they have any sense at all it will be me.![]()
How big is the RTC, Russ?
The problem is- where do laws on keeping fish end? No RTC in home aquariums? What about all the other "tankbuster" fish species out there? If that happens, there will be a new website in place of this one that lines up with one of the forums. MINI-MONSTER FISH KEEPERS! I do agree that it's completely wrong to keep a fish like that particular RTC in that small of an aquarium, but as usual, where do you draw the line? If you banned the RTC in home aquariums, what about me and the others on this site and other similar websites that DO have the means to keep them? I don't own a Redtail Catfish, but I have before. Before it got too large for my aquarium , I nailed it to a tree in the yard and used pliers to skin it so I could cook it and eat it(meat was really red BTW). That way, it didn't have to stay in too small of a tank and suffer! Lol!!! Not really. That's the reason I only keep bottle nosed dolphins and SMALL tiger sharks now. Lol! Not really, again. Kidding.
