Here's our pair. Male 10" female 6-7". Growth seems about average for the 2 spawns we have growing out currently.

Had to move the badly beaten smaller one to another tank to avoid a fatality..... I find that the aggression towards each other is a notch higher than my managuense... The smaller one was definitely fighting back at times because the largest had some splits on its fins also... Anyone else with motaguense please post pics or any informational and or other personal experience with them....

Great fish.. I've had my new female about 2 weeks now. About 3ins, very sociable and superb eater. Wolfs down anything offered so far. Not much for colors yet, but doing very well.
