the hardest thing about fish keeping

For me it is lack of fish stores anywhere near where I live. I can go down to Phoenix, but so many stores have closed in the last few years its not worth it anymore. Then the trouble becomes shipping. It is amazing how quickly the cost of fish increases when they need to be shipped to you.
I'm only buy online when the fish is uncommon or rare one that hard to find in LFS, other than that I just wait and shop around to get the fish I wanted, it's silly to pay 50 bucks shipping for a fish that worth only 5 bucks in most LFS and more often most online store fish jacked up the price at least 3 times higher than normal prices in LFS (other option is ask my LFS order something for me and I just pay a bit mark up for the store benefit which is a fraction compare to the shipping cost if I order on my own).
this is the same for me, there is very little choice where I live. the price is ridiculous for getting fish shipped. but i now don have shipped anymore, I have seen to many arrive dead. I don't think it is right for a fish to die just because i want it.

Yep, I have to keep telling my self my tank is working perfectly don't mess it up.
Leaving my tank for an extended amount of days and going one day without extended time worrying about my fish
Water change bills, parents always has something to say when am doing a water change
