5 red terror juveniles
1 albino Oscar
Small convict pair
Can I have a red terror pair in here for a long time? How hard is it to get a pair? Or just keep convicts and Oscar for life ?
How can I make the decor better for the fish !

How big is the tank ? If the terors pair up every one is in trouble wven if they dont oscars are no match. Iwould figure out what you want more an oscar or pair of terrors..

If your terrors are Festae I actually think they are in the most trouble. They grow pretty slow. The Oscar grows relatively fast and juvie festae will be no match for a breeding pair of convicts or a fat hungry Oscar IMO.

Also the tank appears to be a 55? Which really isn't suitable for anything but the convicts IMO.

Agreed on the above. I've used 75 and 100 gallon tanks for juvie Festae and they are fragile when small. Can be bullied by a lot during growout and pairing.

Things change dramatically once mature and if they pair you'll need much larger housing. Our pair co-existed with a few other cichlids in a 300 and won't tolerate any other fish in a 135......sometimes including each other.

I would choose as well..... Festae are not the best community fish unless very large systems are used.

Its at least a 125 6 foot. Had 2 braces and 3 glass tops. Still too small for all those though.
