What is a good wet pet?

I know you expressed some oscar negativity, but have you considered a big fat gold oscar? With an ebjd and super red sev as tankmates in a 180, man, that would be reeeaal niiiice...
 
How about a beani cichlid or grammodes. Both are about a nasty as dovii just smaller.

Cuban cichlid is a smaller black nasty basically. Mayan cichlid. Red terror, salvini, Texas cichlid. All these would do fine a 75. Separately.

Yes beani can go in 75. I'm gonna warn you though these fish are for the most experienced fish keepers. They aren't ca/sa cichlids. They are from middle America or northern mexico. They are highly aggressive. Also highly prone to bloat. They are extremely sensitive to water conditions. When they are young they don't tolerate high protein diets. Kinda like the grazers of the African cichlid community. Bloat seems to be their number 1 problem. I'm not sure where you live bit they are fairly rare to find. If you live in North America Jeff rapps over at tangledupinciclids.com has them occasionally.
