Anybody into weight lifting/body building?

I do one leg squats, lunge walks, box jumps, high resistance stationary bike and a few other random things for legs. Upper body I can still do weights for the most part.

Nice, I feel where you're coming from. Broke my foot back in September and I still can't run or jump very much. Squatting is about all I can do

The energy was insane with jack3d. Thinking of getting on a cycle of it with a decent Nitric Oxide supplement.

Anybody on here ever try Craze? It was banned for having a component of Meth in it I believe.

Jack3d and Craze have both been nerfed from the original formulas, also I'd watch out for Craze; a high number of fakes flooded the market a while back, so much so that the company released a statement showing people how to spot the differences.

Haven't really joined in these type of conversations but why not? Guess I've never really noticed this thread.
Today I squatted 355 x4. Currently sitting at 162lbs.
My bench is maxed at 275 x3 right now. I cant see going heavier right now as I'm nursing a shoulder injury.
I don't do flat bench much anymore as I usually gravitate towards incline DB for my heavy lifts, followed by cable flies. DB flies seem to wreak havoc on my shoulder.
Aesthetics are taking forever to catch up with strength, but who's to complain.
Consistency has been my achilles heal. I'll hit it hard for 6 months and see good results, then back off for some reason. Usually it's a small injury of some sort, but I tend to just drop off for months at a time.
I now have a buddy I work out with regularly so hopefully this will keep me motivated to carry on for years on end

I didn't even think they made craze anymore. I knew that about Jack3d but not craze.

Jacunaba- Those are definitely some impressive numbers! Keep it up, hopefully your new workout partner motivates you like you said.
 
How's everyone's training going?

I just started prep for a few Spring/Summer shows.
I recently hit a 370x10 squat. A pr for me, but nothing too special.
