Anyone into kung fu movies??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Haha. I hope it's not too corny with Tyson in there. I'll still watch it either way.

It's only a 30min movie. I can't post it here because of the profanities, but the whole movie is available on Youtube.
30 minutes!? Sounds refreshing,I'll check it out on YT, :)
I saw kung fury a couple of nights ago

I think it's great too. they did some totally awesome things. it's an 80's eyegasmic wet dream.

the movie was great 2/3 of the way then the ending got lame.
Lol, eyegasmic!!?? :D
Just watched The Crippled Masters again last night, forgot I bought it ages ago. So much wrong with that movie, lol.
Lol, that's a classic kf movie isn't it? Those older ones can be great and very comical. I really like the 70-80s period pieces. Has to have great action for me.

It's a classic alright. One guy has withered spindly legs and the other guy hasn't any arms. One rides the others shoulders and fights. It's pretty messed up.

have any of you guys read or heard of a comic book called Hero?

the movie A Man Called Hero is an adaption of the comic book

Lol, I've seen the trailer, I wasn't sure what to think. Do you catch much classic fu? I just saw Return to the 36th Chamber.

Is that a Jet Li movie Sumo?

no it's not jet li

I loved it but it's because I loved the comics

it may be too much cgi for you guys though. I loved the characters and MonkeyBike's mention of a character with no arms reminded me of a character in the comics who had no arms

one of my favorite characters from the comics,........he used what was called pig-tail kung fu. which is his pony tail, since,........you know, he had no arms

ok gotcha. Kung Fu styles that are too crazy I can't get into. Even in Return to the 36th, Gordon Liu learns his style by putting up scaffolding on the side of the Temple. That's as crazy as I like it. Later Gordon has a Shaolin Style where he uses his skull alot, and also uses a sleeping monk style, don't really get into that.

Is that Crippled Avengers aka Mortal Combat under yet a different title?
