I think its probably already sealed over by now, so I would just leave the gar alone and not induce stress

Sealed over? Maybe the pic doesnt do it justice I can put my finger through it! I can see it gaping.

Personally, I would just leave it be. Animals can be resilient and survive ordeals that seems improbable. Keep us posted. GL

will do his swim bladder wasn't punctured as best I can tell no bubbles ever came out of his holes and he still takes air

With my luck I'D trap myself seems to be doing better can hold himself up now

Yes its posted but i need another sign that says if your gonna poach, poach carp! Im not interested in getting a couple kids in real trouble.


Gar is looking way better this morning. Swimming around and gulping himself.
