Monster Texas cichlid brought into the fish store today

This beast of a Texas was brought into the fish store I work at today, it was kept in a 55 for two years before he was brought in. We promptly put him into our 1200 gallon monster fish display.

Sadly though he was beat up pretty bad within 15 minutes and was removed, which is very odd since there are many oscars and pacus smaller than him that are doing just fine.

Yeah I'm thinking he is definitely a Texas/ flowerhorn. He has an exact flowerhorn body with Texas colors, a blue flowerhorn haha. Now that he is in a tank to himself he also is hyper aggressive like a flowerhorn. I will upload a pic of him now soon.
