I think it is unreasonable to expect a full refund. But I also think whatever credit he gives you should be thankful for. But i would also hate to have to eat $75.00. But I know what comes with this hobby.

I'm sorry but I don't see how buying online is better in this situation? You mentioned the fish dying 3 days after purchase, while every online vendor I know only offers live arrival guarantee. So I don't see how you'd be better off with online if they wouldn't refund you either? Even when they do refund for a DOA usually you still lose on the shipping. Unless there's online sites that I've missed who now credit fish they shipped dying after multiple days in a customers tank?Or I could just buy on line and not have these issues.

30 days? when did they change it from a week to a month? It was 7 days last week when I went there lolPetco guarantees fish for 30 days so I would be surprised if LiveAquaria eliminated its guarantee policy.
