Looking for brightly colorful fish for my Amazon basin tank.

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Your tank isn't 3ven big enough for your 4 daemons without tankmates. You can keep a bonded pair of them with one chalceus and one striped rafael. That's max and it's assuming it's a bonded pair of daemon.
Is one bonded pair of earth eaters and the tiger silver dollars and the snowball plecos and Severum okay for a few years before I'd upgrade, it'll only be about 3-5 years depends. And doesn't every fish have an adult size and max size?

I'm assuming the earth eaters get to 6-8" for adult length including the Severum then they start slowing down their growth a lot.

It's pushing it. Keel an eye on them as they grow and do frequent water changes and be prepared to thin down to 2 cichlids.

Daemons get up to a foot long. They along with the lilith are the largest satanoperca.

Would it be fine if I kept two satanoperca daemons and my two tiger silver dollars and my two snowball plecos? Or is it still pushing it? Cause I think it'd be fine?

How would I get a bonded pair?

Try it. Minimize your tank decor and keep up with water changes.
