lol, every day or every other day @ 8:30am for me :D

Pops I meant losing 30 lbs would be great for me. I'm fat, getting old, and my health feels like it's on a downward spiral :(

Don't stress it man.Start with a visit with your doc and get a physical exam and take it from there...I had a physical a few weeks ago and doc told me I can stand to lose a few.This is the heaviest I have ever been and when I saw the number I said HELL NO!

I wish. Personal problems, health problems, I really gotta get off my butt. I feel like I've aged 5 years at least in the past year.

only thing i had in mind was just to lose weight. my brother lost like 50 lbs. my goal is at least 30 by summer.

at that time i plan on making a thread, post before and after pics. i've already taken pics of my sexy self. so if you're on board, take pics and we'll see the end result by summer. i got a ways to go but i'm definitely on the right track.

since Jan 1st i've cut off completely junk food, soda, juice, white rice, bread, among other things..........when i buy stuff to eat i look at sodium and sugar content. i've cut down my sugar and salt intake as much as possible aside from natural sugar from fruits and stuff.

dusted off the treadmill, been hitting it as much as i can. my goal is to use it everyday. so far, out of the 14 days of the new year i've been on it 10 times.

first week, week and a half is the roughest. this week though i'm jogging 2 miles and walking 1 mile in one workout. (roughly 45 min on the treadmill)

watching spartacus from episode 1. it really helps to watch something while jogging. and it really really helps that i got rid of my crappy iphony and got a samsung note5, which is so awesome. once i finish spartacus i plan on either sons of anarchy or breaking bad.
 
after i lose about 20 lbs i'm planning on hitting the weights again. my knee is kinda bumming me out right now, it's sore every time i jog but hopefully it'll get better and i can keep going for the next 5 months. that would be the only thing to stop me, is if i physically can't do it do to an injury.

the bottom line is, this isn't a crash diet goal but a life style change. i'm unhealthy as **** and i'm tired of it
