nice one ! and thanks for the info man...Can u tell me if the diet i have set for my FH is ok---
1) Humpy head red medium sized 4 pellets twice a day
2) two meals in a week instead of pellets 3-4 dried shrimp
3) two meals in a week instead of pellets freeze dried worms (usually before water change)
She is 4 inches almost and a month since i bought her..
when should i increase the diet? or just follow the rule of food enough for the fish to finish in 2-3 mins?

I don't use humpy head but that should be fine. Females grow slower and don't develop the hump as much.

i have just tried to breed my pair a few days back and it was not a sucess after that black colour marks came all over the body of the female fh which is still there. is there is any worry?

Black color marks can be stress, breeding dress and or fading. Post some picw

during monthly cleaning of flowerhorn tank i.e. cleaning the glass surfaces from inside is it ok to remove the fish out of the water.. or shud i do it with fish inside and then vacuum the bottom ?

Get a magnet cleaner

hehehe thanks..i guess fader is a rare breed ? has genes of Midas ? .. any idea whether its a male or female ? its almost 4 inches tip to tip... i think its a female
