In an effort to not derail Gatling's thread on his beautiful frempongis, I figured I'd start my own thread on my H. fasciatus. Currently my two fish are separated by a divider allowing the smaller individual to heal from it's previous de-finning from the larger one. At this point I'm not sure if the two are of opposite sex, but they did coexist together in a 125 gallon tank for about a month without killing each other. They both started out around 3 inches when I got them and now the smaller is probably around 4, where is the larger is probably a little over five now.
Current photos of smaller one on the mend.

Older photo of dominant fish

I will try and get more photos of this fish but the camera battery died in the middle of me trying to photograph it.
On a side note, I am absolutely amazed at how fast these fish can severe wounds. My smaller fish lost it's entire tail, deep divides in both dorsal and anal fins and removal of large patches of scales from it's side. Yet all seems to be on the mend. Splits in dorsal and anal fins are almost completely healed and tail is coming back nicely. Oh and it also had it's bottom gill plate bone torn away and that healed as well.
