Duct tape is the bomb. At some point in going to just be done with any gimmicks and just put bed liner on the entire bottom
Slowly stocking up for Esox season! I'm hoping I can get some monster Walleye and Lakers on the crankbaits as we'll, it'll certainly sift through all the smaller individuals.

Nice! Are those Countdowns Since they have the metal lip, or are they before that time?
I think they are before the Countdowns and they were their only deep diver at the time, I believe they are from the later 70's to early 80's.
I run a fair share of Crystal Minnows. I picked up a few new ones too...
wow....that's a lot of poppers and chug bugs....are they really that effective in HI?
Yeah, I use them more for shore casting for larger GT's but occasionally will use them for slow near shore trolling.
Really the best way is trolled behind a kayak, the natural up and down motion of paddling over swells provides good action.
I have trolled them behind small boats and just the steady popping can bring bites.
