Okay so first you have to know the dimensions of the tank. Will it fit the space? No idea it can be 6ft long or 8 feet long. Depends on the dimensions of the tank. That space looks like it won't be able to fit but measure it.

300 gallon brand new is expensive. A buddy of mine got a brand new 240 gallon for 300$ with stand. Guy got divorced and wife was taking the house lol he didn't even time to use it.

I just wouldn't keep arows with anything they can eat. You can but its a risk.
 
Thanks for all the great advice but I have bad news

My parents think they know so much about arowanas so they put my aro in my dad blood parrot tank which is only 125 gal and they yelled at me and won't let me upgrade so just pray to lord it lives long enough for me to move out the house in a few years and take it with me

I'll be off MFK for a few weeks as I monitor this awful scenario and hope for the best but I'm afraid my arowanas soon gonna be dead it's been great but this is sad
 
Well u guys were right I was never meant to have such an awesome fish it's meant for more prepared keepers
