as an FYI, the toe truck driver is in his rights to refuse service, it is not covered by anti-discrimination laws, unlike a public restroom.

But what if he works for a company?

more than likes he is a independent, but aside from that refusing service due to a persons political views is not discrimination.

Either way Towtruck Tony is a fool and a tool for turning down money....from someone who needs help no less, all over political views.

I agree, but with in his rights, did you also read she was disabled? he said had he known he would have stayed till another toe serviced showed up. But would not toe her.

on a side note, by pc has been hit with malicious mal wear from this site. If it pops up, click nothing and reboot your pc. has happened twice in past hour.

Yeah, rights aside and understood it was just plain dumb....and to think he was going to just sit there and possibly lose out on another tow job until another truck arrived.I didn't catch that the motorist was disabled, that makes it worse.

Hello; I, for one, am comfortable in that the tow driver has the option to refuse a job for his/her own reasons. This PC world already has us being forced to accomodate issues which we may be opposed to.

That we do not have a "right" to a tow regardless is something I can live with. I imagine there are a few services we can still refuse to perform for any reason we happen to pick. Getting a lawn mown for example. I wonder what else we still can refuse to do?

By the way I have run into a side effect of anybody restrooms (rr). At a fast food place not to far from me they have converted both restrooms into any sex from the traditional dedicated male and female. I can use either one. They each have the any sex label and occupied/unoccupied locks on the outer doors. What this does is cause a line of men (or those who appear to be men) to form outside waiting. We men are going to have long lines outside rr's just like the women have had for years. No more quick in and out to urinate for us guys because we will have to lock the door to keep a female form comming in while we are doing our business.

On top of this the restrooms may well become much more nasty. One of my first jobs incluced cleaning restrooms in a movie theater. The womens toilet was always nastier than the mens. I have over the years asked folks with the same job and their answer is usually that this is still the case.

I can easily see a day when there are no more urinals, The very site of them being offensive to some and considered special treatment as those 2 urinals should be more seated toilets, not urinals.

Yea, urinals are discrimination against those that have it down there that think they are a woman. They should have a right to pee anywhere they want(floor, sink..etc).

From what im told isnthe target in my area is losing tons of business since it changed its bathroom policy. Good i hope they end up closing down.... i have not met a single women that is ok with this policy
