Is it legal to use barbed wire on residential property?

The hell are you talking about a trench for? You can't keep any 8-foot fish in that? You'll need to have it span over your whole yard... maybe do like an island in the middle and you can have a patio.

I think we can make a GoFundMe for your electric eel... lol!
Nah. We'll do a Gofund me for the cost of his lawyer after he snaps and kills the gutter punks.

LOL well the fenceline is about one hundred feet end to end and I thought I could get away with a three or four foot width.I'm loving the GoFundMe idea.

Lol at gutter punks....my mother refers to such people as park apes..

PIranha trench? They wouldn't kill the monkeys unless you starved the little fangers, but someone who splashed in and started flailing around would probably get chomped a few times. Plus, you wouldn't really need a very wide trench. No legal issues if you put up a few "WARNING: PIRANHA" signs.

How's this for a sign?

One other option is to bait them into a property theft/trespass crime and video tape, then the authorities could handle...

Speaking of two birds....or fish, what if they could coexist in there?
