ID shark gills

see in this pic how the ID is notas active and higher up in water column then normal? the midevil is also in the top left. when they see me coming they both swim to the bottom quickly and seem to act normal.

I have never seen the white spots before on anyone in this tank... it is usually a reoccuring fungal thing. Just noticed them today... Saw him acting weird (swimming near top) yesterday. Did not see any dots then though.

The test results look okay but I would get that other filter running as it would provide more biological than the FX alone can offer.

what do you think it is though? like what is wrong with the ID shark? I will get the sump running tomorrow as soon as I get off work.
 
That does look like ich but I'm unfamiliar with the other stuff.I just cleared up two baby pangasious cat that had ich.
 
Do you have air stones in there
Have you added any salt
Do you have water restrictions that prevent you from doing weekly water changes

no restrictions... I will be doing weekly from here on out. I already posted a FTS. Yes I do have airstone.
