anytime i see festae pairs they seem to be doing well together. I'm sure their is a few female or male killers but from what I've seen they typically make harmonious pairs.

actually, on the contrary they can be quite rough with each other. festae are infamous for males loosing it and killing their females.

Just making a statement from what I've seen online. I've never kept festae so don't know first hand. You have a really impressive pair, don't you? Has your male killed any females?

i've only had the same 2, however he came close once. and right now my male is recovering from internal parasites. he had a near death, however i think we made it through the worst and now he is being treated with prazipro. but normally they are great lol. I can only wait at this point too.

I've had this happen several times. To the point I lost interest. But seeing pics like this makes me want to get some again. They are arguably the best looking new worlds.

Well mother nature won again. I know it's pretty trivial for most folks on here to have new fry in the house but I'm pretty excited about finally realizing the fruits of my labor that began over a year ago.
