Texas cichlid not eating

I recently purchased a texas cichlid it's about 5-6 inches and I can't get him to eat a thing. He is in a 75 gallon aquarium and the water parameters are spot on. I have tried feeding him pellets, flakes, live food, frozen food he just isn't interested please help

Does he have white stringy poop? DN you lost your water parameters and tankmates? This will help diagnose the problem.

yea, knowing how long ago he was moved would help.........might just be still acclimating

The fish has finally started eating today I guess he was just settling in the water parameters are:
Ph: 7
Ammonia:0
Nitrate:0
Nitrite: 15-20
