Dog will not leave tank alone

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yes the same exact thing....oh no still hasn't got board
It doesn't look like Hooligan's dog is hitting the glass that hard. If yours does the exact same thing I wouldn't see a problem. Unless he says otherwise, he hasn't had any problems either.

She doe that because we have the tank surrounded by screens she doesn't like the way they feel or she would be hitting the tank with her paws as well...

The paws are a different story. That would scratch glass and easily acrylic.

She is at the tank from the time she gets up and falls asleep watching them ...she's stressed out on edge about the fish I don't get. It ...my freaking lab doesn't even notice the tank

Yes makes me nervous Petsmart setup....
The petsmart setup is glass, and the tank is on a stand. That tank is very heavy, and it's elevated, so I wouldn't worry about it. The tank with water, gravel/sand, decor and fish weighs over 1,000 pounds. The only thing I would worry about is the dog scratching the tank. Even if your dog does end up scratching it, they will be small, not huge gouges.

She's starting to get that messing with the fish is bad .....so she waits until we leave the room come back to slobber all over the tank

i have a smaller low tank that i find nose marks on when the dog is left in the house but i dont think she does the same thing as the angels are scared of here and just swim off.

That's got to be a lot of fun to clean up.

on the out side of the tank i have a cloth under the magnet scrubbers, quick spray every couple of days and the dog slobber is removed and the wife friends child's half eaten biscuit hand prints hahaha

my dog dosnt hit the glass as hard as the dovii, she did at first till she realised it hurts.
