agreed. In Portugal they hold on to the tradition, but don't kill the bulls. Still pretty cruel in my opinion, but way better

Imagine its bound to happen after all the thousands of bulls that are tortured to death in that terrible sport.
Im no animal rights activist, but damn, they literally just stab the bulls the death over the course of hours, thats literally the point of bull fighting.

listen...if I go hunting for bear I fully accept the possibility that I may or may not come back being that my prey is a far greater predator than me.
In my humble opinion...this man knew the risks, and wasn't good enough against this particular bull. Also...if they are going to kill every single bull, win or lose, after the match then a few bullfighters deserve to be taken too.

At least with hunting part of being good at the sport is taking out the heart/brain, etc, bull-fighting is all about causing as much suffering as possible.
truth but point being nobody should be saying "poor bullfigher". You don't get in the ring with an opponent outweighing you by well over 900 pounds without some risk being inherent.
