Most of seen the full body shot of the congi from her dive, but here's one with her next to it. What a Beastly Poly!

Jennifer O. Reynolds is a Senior Aquarium Biologist at the Vancouver Aquarium in BC, Canada. She wrote : 'Polypterus endlicheri congicus closeup the infamous "crocodile fish" of Lake Tanganyika. This fellow was often seem swimming away- just a quick dash of a tail followed by a cloud of muck. But on a couple of occasions it allowed itself to be examined quite thoroughly! This bichir is a facultative air-breather, and a primitive fish! I wonder how old this individual was. It was at least 1 meter long!'

Don't think so, weeksii have patterns on the fin, that lacks the pattern, it's fin are the color of a sen and so is its body Imo.. Definitely not weeksii imo

Last photo of post #50 is a weeksii and #51 in the hand is Senegal.

I was talking about the second pic in post 50... but after seeing the 1st pic looks like the same fish, 1st pic makes me think congicus... thought the second was a weeksii
